Terms of Service

Last updated: March 29, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using Sakura ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for all activity under your account. One person per account — no sharing credentials.

3. Billing & Credits

Sakura uses credit-based billing. 1 credit = 1,000 tokens. Credits are consumed per request based on actual token usage. Unused included credits do not roll over. Top-up credits are non-refundable once consumed. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not: use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content; attempt to circumvent rate limits or billing; resell access; reverse engineer the Service; or use automated tools to scrape or abuse the API.

5. AI & Third Parties

Sakura sends your prompts to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate responses. We do not control these providers' models. AI outputs may be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing and validating any code, commands, or infrastructure changes before applying them.

6. AWS & Infrastructure

Sakura can execute AWS CLI commands and infrastructure changes on your behalf. All mutating operations require your explicit approval. You are solely responsible for the consequences of commands you approve. Sakura is not liable for any infrastructure damage, data loss, or costs incurred from approved operations.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but provide no SLA for free-tier users. Paid plans include reasonable uptime expectations. We may perform maintenance with notice when possible.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sakura is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to infrastructure costs, data loss, or service interruptions.
