yes. upgrade, downgrade, or change plugins at any time. changes take effect immediately. if you downgrade mid-cycle, you'll receive a prorated credit.

is there a free trial for the team plan?

yes. start on the free tier and upgrade when ready. no credit card required to start. you can also try any plugin free for 7 days.

what happens if i exceed my chat limit?

you'll be prompted to add the unlimited chat plugin or wait until next month. search and document browsing always work regardless of chat limits.

do you offer annual billing?

yes. annual billing saves you 2 months (pay for 10, get 12). applies to the base plan and all plugins.
